Heating System

Metrocity BUSINESS CENTER has 3 main and 1 reserve wall mounted condensing natural gas boilers which work concurrently with the 3 tube VRV system. Water is heated to 75º/60ºC and the system regulates the degree of heat according to the outside temperature which ensures more efficient usage of energy.

On each floor there are reservations for hot water needed for the “trench heater” installations that will be made in the rented areas. These reservations are available at the entrance of each independent partition. Usage of hot water is measured by calorimeters and the related cost is invoiced to the tenants accordingly. Meanwhile, this system is controlled and monitored by central automation systems.

Ventilation

Ventilation installation for the office areas in the Metrocity BUSINESS CENTER is designed with HRV (heat recovery) devices according to each floor’s needs. Office areas are designed for 12 m²/person and there is 50 m³ fresh air flow per person gross area.

Air circulation rate in the office areas is 3 times per hour which fulfills the CE standard requirements. In addition, there is also an exhaust system in wet areas ( WCs ) of each office floor.
